They're playing the song with a recorder（たて笛） and a pianica ("ピアニカ" is actually the name of a YAMAHA product of this type of instrument) or "blow-organ" (or it's also called "melodica").
Recorders and pianicas remind me of music classes in elementary school, but their performance is great! I like it. Try listening to it!
